Our project "Health tutor in adult education" ended on the 30st of September 2008.
The Socrates Project was a Grundtvig 1.1 project funded by means of the European Commission.
7 Partners from 5 countries (PL, IT, FR, GB and DE) developed a training programme for (mainly) tutors which will enable them to function as a health tutor.
The overall aim of the project was to create healthier conditions under which healthier learners will gain healthier results thus making them fitter for the job market.

To ensure the greatest possible sustainability for our project results and products, the project partnership has decided to make our created materials freely available. This means you are allowed to download the files from our website. You can find the zip files containing the different language versions on our webpage called "products"
